Long before he was a vampire, Lucian was a master swordsman, trained in an era when a gentleman's word meant as much as his blade. When he was turned, he kept his manners, his mastery, and his rapier, both still as sharp as the day he first drew steel.
Now he serves as a sworn protector of the kingdom, and there is no gentler soul among the King's guard, until the kingdom is threatened.
